We are committed to providing leading services to families post separation and offer a range of services to help with this including both parenting and property Mediation, Child Consultation and Parenting Coordination.

Our understanding of family law processes, combined with our experience in mediation, and working with complex family dynamics has positioned The Mediation Centre as a leading provider of Family Dispute Resolution services to families across greater Western Sydney, the Central West of New South Wales and right across Australia.

Our fees are structured so that there are no hidden costs, allowing you to make an informed decision when engaging with The Mediation Centre.

Family Dispute Resolution

Individual Intake – $330 per person

Pre-Litigation Mediation: 

3 Hour Parenting Mediation – $700 per person

3 Hour Property Mediation – $850 per person

Full Day Mediation – $1,500 per person

In Litigation Mediation

3 Hour Parenting Mediation – $850 per person

3 Hour Property Mediation – $1,000 per person

Full Day Mediation – $1,750 per person

Additional Hour – $330 per person

Child Consultation

Individual Parent Intake – $330 per parent

Meeting with ONE child – $350 per parent

Meeting with Additional Child/ren – $250 per parent

Feedback Session – $330 per parent

Additional Hour – $330 per parent

Parenting Coordination

Individual Intake Appointments – $330 per person

1 Hour Joint Session – $400 per person

Additional Work Required – $300 per person
